Hot Therapy : How to Use

Ensure the mask is at room temperature.
Place it flat on a microwave safe dish.
Heat for 20 seconds. Test temperature before applying.
If more warmth is needed, heat in 5 second increments (max 30 seconds total).
Place over closed eyes and adjust the strap for a snug, comfortable fit.
Wear for 5 minutes, or as directed by your eye care provider.
Do not exceed 20 minutes.

Cold Therapy : How to Use

Insert the mask into a sealed plastic bag and place it in the freezer for 30, 45 minutes.
Remove from bag and place over closed eyes.
Wear for 5 minutes, or as directed by your provider.

Care Instructions

Mask

Hand wash only with cold water and mild detergent.
Rinse well, gently squeeze out excess water (do not twist).
Lay flat to dry for at least 24 hours.

Fabric Cover

Machine wash warm.
Tumble dry low.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of direct heat sources.
